Ways To Give
Baldwin Prep School prides itself on being able to keep class sizes to a minimum to allow for more individualized teaching and learning while keeping tuition cost at a minimum. Each year the Baldwin Prep School Family Association comes together to raise additional funds to help with the cost of providing additional resources pertinent to enhancing the curriculum, extracurricular and enrichment activities. Family Night Outs, Holiday Shopping Events at The Gardens Mall and our annual Dinner and Silent Auction are just a few events during the year that our families and friends can help support the school.
Additionally, the Baldwin Prep School Family Association has partnered with Honda Birdies for Children as a tax-deductible way for families and friends to donate monetary funds to the school. Honda Birdies for Children gives the full donation amount and an additional 5% of your donation to our school!
Box Tops for Education is an easy way to contribute.
Community Service
- Each year, Baldwin Prep School holds a Fall Food Drive during October and November to collect non-perishable items to be donated to the Palm Beach County Food Bank.
- We donate over $1,000 each year to St. Jude’s Research Hospital with the proceeds we raise through our Math-A-Thon. Since Mrs. Baldwin’s career started, she has held an annual Math-A-Thon where she teaches math all day and reviews the year of concepts as a way to prepare for the final exam. Mrs. Nicastro, Gena’s husband Mark, and Gena cook a feast for the students and in return asks for a $10 donation from each student. The school then rounds the collected amount to the nearest thousand and donates it to St. Jude’s.
- The yearbook company we use, TreeRing, plants one tree for every year book that we purchase. At approximately 150 yearbooks purchased each year, we have helped improve our global environment by getting over 1,500 trees planted!
